Staying Safe

At Ozark Actors Theatre, we ask that all patrons be considerate of their fellow guests at all times. With the Covid-19 pandemic, we’ve made a few adjustments to our policies and procedures to ensure the safest possible environment for patrons, staff and performers.

OAT is closely monitoring federal, state and local guidelines and our policies and procedures will continue to evolve dependent on COVID-19 status at the time of each event.

Cleanliness

At OAT, we’ve increased cleaning procedures throughout the theatre—especially of high-touch points like doors, handrails and restrooms. We’ve also increased the number of hand-sanitizing stations, wipes and disinfectant available throughout the theatre.

Masks Required

Masks are required for all persons on site until further notice. Patrons are encouraged to come to the theatre in their own mask, but a one-time use mask will be issued if necessary. Patrons are required to wear their mask except while consuming food and/or drink.

Employee and Volunteer Health Screenings

All volunteers and staff members will have a temperature screening as they arrive on site. Anyone with a temperature of over 100.4 or other symptoms must return home immediately.

Ticket Office/ Reduced Capacity

We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online to reduce the handling of cash or in-person transactions. If you are unable to purchase online, you may call (573) 364-9523. In-person ticket purchases will be available, but limited on performance nights. Tickets will be sold as general admission, with seat assignments being made in the order of purchase.  Family groups will be seated together, at a safe distance from other groups. Seating preference can be emailed to boxoffice@ozarkactorstheatre.org after the purchase of your tickets.  We will do our best to accommodate each request. Tickets available for each performance will be limited to no more than 60.

Arriving at Ozark Actors Theatre

Arrival at the theatre now includes each patron to report their name and phone number for contract tracing purposes.  Temperatures will be taken and other health screenings as necessary. Please arrive early as this will take extra time. Anyone with a temperature of over 100.4 will not be allowed entry.

Social Distancing

Social distancing is encouraged with directional markers at the box office, concessions stands, and in the restrooms.

Concessions & Dining

Menu items are limited. All food items will be prepackaged and drinks will be sold in a bottle.
