For 23 years, Ozark Actors Theatre has been synonymous with "outstanding live theatre".  With an annual production budget of approximately $90,000, Underwriters and Sponsors are critical and integral partners in ensuring that OAT continues its tradition of presenting excellent live theatre to the community.  Like most non-profit theatres, ticket sales cover only about half of our production budget.  We literally could not do it without your support.

Sponsorship Levels 2011

PRODUCTION UNDERWRITER ($10,000+)

Benefits Include:

· Exclusive Rights: No other sponsors will be attached to the underwritten production.

· Underwriter’s logo linked to individual production on all ads, posters, programs, and brochures marketing the show, including on 18-foot banner on side of theatre.

· Underwriter’s logo specifically linked to individual production on rack cards mailed across state and Midwest region (if printing/mailing date allows).

· Underwriter acknowledged in all press releases and interviews.

· Underwriter recognized in all curtain speeches for that production.

· Underwriter recognized on website, including a reciprocal link.

· Underwriter recognized in annual fundraising letter.

· Underwriter recognized in all production-specific e-mail blasts.

· Underwriter invited to attend a rehearsal, meet the stars, and have a photo taken.

· Underwriter’s employees receive 10% discount on individual ticket purchases.

· Underwriter receives eight complimentary season tickets.

· Complimentary full page ad or Donor Profile in PLAYBILL  ($475 value).

· Listing on inside front cover of PLAYBILL.

· Space reserved in lobby to display Underwriter informational material.

· Underwriter recognized in all feature story requests in actors’ hometowns across the US.

· Underwriter attached to production in all Chamber of Commerce publications (if printing deadline allow)

Benefits Include:

· Sponsor’s logo specifically linked to individual production on all ads, posters, programs, and brochures marketing the show, including on 18-foot banner on side of theatre.

· Sponsor acknowledged in all curtain speeches for that production.

· Sponsor recognized on website, including a reciprocal link.

· Sponsor recognized in all production-specific e-mail blasts.

· Sponsor receives six complimentary season tickets.

· Complimentary full page ad in PLAYBILL ($475 value)

· Listing on inside front cover of PLAYBILL.

PRODUCER ($2,000+)

Benefits Include:

· Sponsor recognized on website, including a reciprocal link.

· Sponsor receives four complimentary season tickets.

· Complimentary half page ad in PLAYBILL ($275 value)

· Listing on inside front cover of PLAYBILL.

DIRECTOR ($1,000+)

Benefits Include:

· Sponsor receives two complimentary season tickets.

· Complimentary quarter page ad in PLAYBILL ($175 value)

STAR ($500)

· Sponsor receives 4 single performance tickets.

NIGHT OUT SPONSOR: $2500

Choose the final dress rehearsal of one of our three summer productions, and host up to 180 of your patrons, clients, and friends to a special night out at the theatre!

Benefits Include:

· Tickets to that evening’s performance for up to 180 of your patrons, clients, and friends.

· Complimentary full page ad in PLAYBILL ($475 value)

· Listing on inside front cover of PLAYBILL.

· You provide catering of your choice, we provide janitor service.

ADOPT-AN-ACTOR SALARY SPONSORSHIP: $1500

Select an actor in a single production, and “adopt” them by underwriting their salary.

Benefits Include:

· Recognition under actor’s headshot in lobby.

· Recognition under actor’s bio in the program.

· Recognition in press releases to actor’s hometown.

· Listing on inside front cover of PLAYBILL.

· Invitation to attend rehearsal, meet the actor, have your picture taken together.

· Sponsor receives two complimentary season tickets.
