Costume Designer/ Shop Supervisor

Ozark Actors Theatre is a professional theatre company based out of Rolla, Missouri. Our theatre exists to enhance the cultural life and livability of our community through the presentation of professional performing arts and the offering of performing arts education and training.

The Wizard of Oz – June 21-July1

Noises Off- July 12- July22

The Diviners- August 2- August 12

Job Specifics

- We are seeking a costume designer to design, build, and maintain all three shows.

- This individual will also be in charge of running and maintaining the costume shop space, supervising interns (including one fully committed stitcher), and taking care of laundry and dry cleaning.

- If designer is not a resident of Rolla, Missouri, housing will be provided.

- Compensation is a weekly stipend of $250, plus a $500 design fee for each show (total of $4000)

- Designer will be contracted for a total of 10 weeks, and must be in residence for the entirety of the season.
